Yoga and ADHD – does it sound like an impossible combination? 🧘‍♀️🤔

Does the thought of learning mindfulness or meditation make you want to run away? 🏃‍♀️💨

For people with ADHD, indeed, it can feel like attempting to climb Mount Everest. 🏔️

The ability to calm emotions and exert control is one of the fundamental supportive mechanisms for people with ADHD – but in the case of ADHD, the strategy and application of the right tools 🛠️, as well as their adaptation to personal needs, are critically important once again.

During practical workshops, we will familiarize participants with the types of yoga more recommended for ADHD and techniques for regulating emotions through meditation 🧘‍♂️. We will introduce elements of aromatherapy 🌸 and music therapy 🎵 in alleviating ADHD tensions, among others, sensory and information overstimulation.

We will present various tools that workshop participants will be able to reach for independently, thanks to the knowledge gained and practical exercises. 🎓💡

The yoga experience will be overseen by Viola Cichecka 🙏. Viola started her yoga journey in 2015. She started practicing Ashtanga yoga in Mysore style under the guidance of teachers Naama Zusman and Joey Miles. Full of energy 🔋 and extraordinarily creative 🎨.
