Potem nastąpiło kilka przerw, najdłuższa trwała 7 lat! Od blisko 2 lat praktykuję regularnie kilka razy w tygodniu. I oczywiście bywają dni, gdy przysłowiowy „leń” podpowiada mi, żebym odpuściła, ale już wiem, jak mu się postawić i wybrać to, co czuję, że jest dla mnie dobre. I absolutnie za każdym razem po praktyce ashtanga jogi jestem szczęśliwa, pełna pozytywnych myśli, gotowa do podjęcia nowych wyzwań. Warto słuchać siebie i swoich potrzeb, żeby odkryć, co w gąszczu oferowanych metod/praktyk/zajęć wpływa na nas dobrze i nas wspiera! Wierzę, że każdy z nas jest w stanie to odnaleźć 🙂
