Jednak te terminy, mimo że są powszechne, nie dają nam dokładnej informacji o tym, dlaczego konkretna osoba potrzebuje wsparcia ani jakiego wsparcia potrzebuje. Nie daje nam w zasadzie, żadnych informacji, których można by było użyć w konstruktywny sposób.
